At all about breath, I believe that breath & movement are keys to unlocking physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Through yoga, coaching, and transformational breathwork journeys, I help empower people to reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and live with greater ease, clarity, and fulfillment.
Meet Karen
After a 33-year career in corporate leadership, Karen transitioned to follow her passion for wellness. She brings a blend of depth and compassion to her work, drawing from her extensive experience across diverse communities.
Expertise and Certifications:
Yoga Instructor: Certified with over 500 hours of training, including two 200-hour certifications. Karen began teaching in 2018, amassing over 1100 hours by October 2025, across studios, drug & alcohol rehab facilities, and for the Lourdes University Girls Basketball Team.
Breathwork Facilitator: In 2023, she became a Breathmasters-certified coach and Certified 9D Transformational Journey Facilitator. Karen has guided over 1000 individuals and groups through powerful Transformational Breathwork Journeys, both online and in person.
Karen’s passionate mission is simple: to share the transformative benefits of breathwork and yoga, helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves, tapping into their potential so they can see the infinite possibilities life can offer, and break free from limiting programming.
Transformational breathwork
One of the signature offerings at all about breath is the Transformational Breathwork Journey (9D), developed by Brian Kelly of Breathmasters in Bali. This somatic immersive experience uses a combination of conscious breathing, sound, and Karen’s guidance to create profound shifts on physical, mental, and emotional levels.
Sessions are available in person and via Zoom, making this transformational practice accessible wherever you are. Participants often describe feeling lighter, more centered, more connected to themselves and the world after just one session.
